Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals for part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, implementing individualized skills programs under supervision. Training is provided to help you earn the RBT certification.

You will collect session data and contribute to a supportive clinical team while helping families achieve meaningful outcomes in autism support services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and families.
