Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building programs and collect session data to support positive behavior and functional independence.

Training is provided to earn the RBT certification before starting services. This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
