Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. This role offers part-time positions and requires a commitment of at least six months.

We offer paid training to prepare for and earn the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, with ongoing support after certification. Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, patience, and compassion, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working; training and support provided to earn it.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
