Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for part-time positions to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism. We offer paid training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

You will work with a clinical team, collect session data, and implement individualized skill-building programs that promote independence and positive behavior. This role offers flexibility and growth opportunities within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
