Job summary

Achieve Beyond pediatric therapy is hiring Part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to support ABA services in the Greenwich/Stamford area. You will work across home, community, and clinic settings, providing direct ABA instruction under BCBA supervision.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, RBT certification, and strong communication, organization, and teamwork. Benefits include training, CE workshops, and team meetings to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Current enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• RBT certification required; ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction per the BCBA Educational Plan.
• Participate in team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on cases.
• Communicate with families after sessions, sharing resources for home use.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
