Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians in the Silver Spring area to provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA guidance. You will collaborate with a team of therapists and communicate with families after sessions, offering strategies for home and community use.

Requirements include 1–2 years of experience with children 2–21, enrollment in relevant undergraduate programs, and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in supervised setting.
• Experience using ABA is preferred.
• Holds RBT Certification from BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families after each session and provide home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and update the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
