Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to support pediatric ABA services in the Silver Spring area. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate with families to promote consistency across home and community settings.

The role requires RBT certification and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, or education.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children, families and therapists.
• 1–2 years of experience with children ages 2–21 in supervised setting.
• Successful completion of, or current enrollment in, an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• RBT Certification from BACB is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families, provide end-of-session debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the program book.
• Maintain confidentiality per State and Federal regulations.
