Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training under a supervising BCBA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoons/evenings, competitive pay of $22–$28/hr, and benefits eligibility for health, dental, and vision. You’ll collect data and support families throughout the therapy process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework related to psychology, education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
