Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in-home. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a BCBA.

You will collect data during sessions, collaborate with your supervisor to implement behavior plans, and support families by sharing progress and strategies. Flexible afternoons/evenings and after-school hours are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
