Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism in home-based 1:1 ABA therapy sessions. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a BCBA.

As part-time, you will collect data on treatment goals, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with progress updates and strategies. Availability after school and some weekends preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes for sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
