Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions seeks a Certified Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Tacoma for a 9-year-old client, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 4–7 p.m. The role is home and school-based with pay at $25–$28/hour.

Flexible scheduling and potential for additional cases as virtual or hybrid opportunities arise. The CBT will work under BCBA supervision, collect data in Rethink within 24 hours of each session, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Active Washington CBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and data collection.
• Deliver services in client home and/or school.
• Record session data and complete documentation within 24 hours.
