Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Silverdale is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings. This part-time role focuses on supporting a 4-year-old client with individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision.

The position offers about 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8 am–12 pm, with potential for additional hours on other cases and for hybrid/virtual opportunities as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client’s location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to helping children succeed.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client’s home and/or school.
• Collect session data and document in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Follow all company policies and maintain confidentiality.
