Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home and school settings. The role offers approximately 10 hours per week with evening hours MTTHF 4-6 p.m., and pay of $25.00–$28.00 per hour, with potential for hybrid or future virtual opportunities.

This position emphasizes compassionate care, professional supervision from BCBAs, and growth through ongoing development and data-driven practice.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client's location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions.
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school.
• Collect accurate session data and document in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining confidentiality.
