Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Lakewood, WA, is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes and schools. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA services with supervision from a BCBA, in a home-based setting, MTWF 4-6 p.m., about 10 hours per week.

Compassion, reliable transportation, and WA CBT certification are required; additional hybrid/virtual opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• Active WA CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client’s location.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client’s home and/or school.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
