Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and schools in Washington state. This is a part-time, home-based role with flexible hours.

The CBT will work approximately 12-20 hours per week, MTTH 10-2, with pay between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour. WA CBT certification and in-person availability are required, with potential for hybrid or virtual cases in the future.

Qualifications

• Active WA CBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client locations and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in client homes or schools.
• Collect session data and document in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, schools, and supervising clinicians.
