Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home and school settings in Everett, WA. The role offers roughly 20 hours per week with pay of $25–$28 per hour.

Primary responsibilities include delivering ABA services under BCBA supervision, collecting data in Rethink, and maintaining confidentiality while communicating with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Active WA CBT certification required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting data.
• Reliable transportation to client's location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school.
• Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
