Zusammenfassung

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) for home and school-based ABA. The role includes in-person services in Tacoma, WA, with potential for hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows. Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision are provided to support professional development.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and school staff to help children gain skills and independence.

Qualifikationen

• Active Washington State CBT certification — REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients’ homes and school settings.
• Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
