Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism. You will implement individualized programs, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support independence and positive behaviors.

Training and support to earn the RBT certification are provided, with opportunities for professional growth and a flexible schedule in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification; training/support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data on electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
