Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism in home and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building programs and closely track progress with the clinical team.

Paid training to obtain RBT certification is provided, with flexible part-time schedules, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth through BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training provided.

Responsibilities
