Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and maintain engaging, energetic sessions in a supportive setting.

The role requires 60 college credits, 6 months experience, or RBT certification, with part-time hours (4 days a week, after 3pm) and reliable transportation to client locations.

Qualifications

• Must have 60 college credits OR 6 months of experience OR an active RBT certification.
• Available 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (After 3pm).
• Reliable transportation & comfortable driving to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Strong communication with families.
