Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and bring energy to engaging sessions in clients’ homes and community settings.

Ideal candidates have 60 college credits or 6 months of relevant experience or an active RBT certification, and must be available after 3 PM for at least 10 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Maintain strong communication with families.
• Engage actively with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Stay active during therapy sessions (sitting/kneeling/standing).
• Implement behavior support plans and ensure client safety.
• Complete documentation using electronic devices.
• Travel between assigned client locations and sessions.
