Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is hiring a Behavior Technician/RBT to provide in-home and community ABA therapy for children. You will track progress, engage with clients, and support families while traveling between sessions in the local area.

The role requires an RBT certification or 60 college credits, with availability 3 days per week after 3 PM. A reliable vehicle and smartphone are needed to document data and coordinate sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 College Credits OR 6 months of recent work with children with developmental disabilities OR an active RBT Certification.
• Must have availability of at least 3 days per week for 10 hours, after 3 PM.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to client sessions.
• Own a smartphone or similar device with internet to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Engage with children using positive behavior support.
• Travel between assigned client locations.
