Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll track progress, communicate clearly with families, and maintain a high-energy, supportive presence during sessions.

Ideal candidates will meet at least 60 college credits, have relevant experience or RBT certification, and be available after 3 PM for client scheduling. Transportation to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with active keids.
• Maintain safety and build rapport with clients.
