Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related disabilities in various settings.

You'll work part-time with afternoon and evening shifts, receiving paid training and ongoing mentorship from BCBAs and supervisors. The role offers growth into senior positions and potential BCBA supervision hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional or educational setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and document progress accurately.
• Provide services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
