Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy in Flanders, NJ seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and school settings. You will work closely with clinicians to create and implement individualized care plans while collecting data to inform progress.

Part-time after-school hours with mileage reimbursement within a 15-mile radius, plus access to a free RBT training course and paid exam to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians.
• Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information.
