Butterfly Effects is hiring a part-time RBT/Child Interventionist in Austin, TX. You will directly work with children and families in home, school, or center settings, teaching communication, play, and essential skills through play-based ABA activities.

Training is provided, with opportunities for supervision toward BCBA credentials and a supportive team culture. The role requires a high school diploma and an active RBT certification, plus a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
• Love and passion for working with children.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• At least 3 weekdays with same availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Teach children and families through ABA in home, school, or center settings.
• Deliver play-based sessions and build essential communication and social skills.
• Receive training and supervision to support BCBA credentialing.
