Butterfly Effects in San Antonio, TX is seeking a passionate Child Interventionist / RBT to work directly with children and families affected by autism in home, school, or center settings. You will teach communication, play, waiting, and other essential skills through engaging, play-based activities with a supportive leadership team behind you.

This is a part-time role with potential for growth. We provide training, supervision toward BCBA, tuition assistance, drive-time pay between sessions,

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification is a Plus.
• At least 3 weekdays with same availability.
• A love and Passion for working with children.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with child and family in home, school, or center environments.
• Teach communication, play, waiting, and other essential skills.
• Use play-based activities to make sessions engaging.
