Job summary

360 Human Services is seeking a part-time ABA Clinical Case Supervisor in San Bernardino, CA. You will conduct assessments, develop ABA programs, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration with BCBAs, and family engagement. The position supports clinic-based work with occasional home visits, Monday–Friday hours, and an evening shift window.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 12 graduate-level units toward a master's.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory ABA role; experience designing ABA programs and training staff/parents.
• Solid understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and data-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and related assessments for ABA treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA programs; track progress with data collection.
• Provide supervision and coaching to technicians and caregivers; collaborate with BCBA and clinical leadership.
