Job summary

myHHBS is seeking a Part-time ABA Clinical Supervisor in the greater Los Angeles area. The role supports our team by supervising therapists, training families, and ensuring adherence to behavior analytic principles.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or are in the final year of an MS/MA program, with data-driven practice and a focus on ethical service delivery. Availability Mon-Fri 2pm-8pm is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required or in MS/MA ABA program (2nd year)
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum (preferred)
• Supervision of RBT/Technicians preferred
• Reliable transportation and professional demeanor required
• BACB fieldwork supervision hours as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision to therapists and cases.
• Provide one-on-one parent training on cases.
• Supervise therapists with guidance on behavior analytic procedures.
• Ensure programs are implemented correctly and consistently.
• Conduct quality control on clinical treatment, scheduling, data collection, and performance.
• Collect data for BCBA review and progress reports.
• Meet BCBA monthly to review cases.
• Provide direct therapy if therapist is absent.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments.
