360 Human Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Case Supervisor to lead assessments, develop individualized ABA programs, and supervise staff in a clinic setting with occasional home visits. You will collaborate with BCBA and clinical leadership, ensure data-driven progress, and coach families and technicians to support meaningful client outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree and 12 graduate-level units toward a master's.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a behavior supervisor and experience designing ABA programs.
• Solid understanding of ABA principles, data collection, program implementation, and data-based decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Assessment & Program Development: Conduct FBAs, design and implement individualized ABA programs, maintain data-collection systems.
• 2. Clinical Guidance & Program Quality: Supervise programs, ensure fidelity, observe in clinic/home, adjust plans with data trends.
• 3. Staff & Caregiver Training: Train/coach technicians and caregivers, provide parent coaching for home generalization.
• 4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze outcomes, prepare reports, communicate with leadership and caregivers, lead case meetings.
• 6. Documentation & Case Coordination: Complete documentation, render sessions, manage schedules, coordinate updates.
