Job summary

myHHBS in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-time ABA Clinical Supervisor to support therapy teams providing autism services across Los Angeles County. The role emphasizes supervising therapists, training parents, ensuring program fidelity, and maintaining accurate data for progress reports.

Applicants should have a Master’s in ABA or 5 ABA master’s courses, at least 2 years of ABA experience with children, and the ability to work Mon-Fri 2pm-8pm. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or completion of 5 ABA master's courses.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• BACB fieldwork supervision hours (restricted and unrestricted).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision to the therapist and case.
• Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
• Supervise therapy with guidance on antecedent control and behavior strategies.
• Ensure program fidelity and consistent data collection.
• Conduct quality control on clinical treatment, scheduling, and documentation.
• Meet with BCBA monthly to review cases.
• Provide direct therapy when the therapist is absent.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
