Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to serve children across New Castle County. As part of our team, you will provide direct ABA instruction, collaborate with BCBA and therapists, and share resources with families to support consistency at home and in the community.

Requirements include at least 2 years with special needs children or current enrollment in a related degree program, and willingness to travel to cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working with special needs children (ages 2–21).
• ABA experience preferred.
• Completion of Achieve Beyond 20-hour training and competency exam.
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases and work in home, community or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction per the educational plan by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists on cases.
• Debrief with families after sessions and share home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
