Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction in home, community, and clinic settings across New Castle County. You will collaborate with BCBA and fellow therapists, communicating regularly with families and supplying strategies for home use.

Data tracking and program documentation are essential components of the role. The position requires 2+ years with special needs children (ages 2–21) or current enrollment in psychology/health/human

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting.
• Or current enrollment/completion of undergrad/grad program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• ABA experience preferred; completed 20 hour classroom training and competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate with families by providing debriefs and resources to implement at home and in the community.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information according to State and Federal regulations.
