Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an Autism Specialist Professional / Behavior Therapist to join our New Hampshire team on a part-time, after-school schedule. The role involves implementing behavior support plans and delivering ABA-based instruction under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will monitor progress, collect data, and collaborate with families and the supervising BCBA, with options for in-person or telehealth delivery to support meaningful client changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to promote development of new skills.
• Monitor client behavior and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
