Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an Autism Specialist Professional / Behavior Therapist to join our New Hampshire team. This part-time role involves implementing behavior support plans and delivering ABA-based instruction to foster development. The position offers a flexible schedule and collaboration with a supervising BCBA.

The candidate will monitor and document client progress, communicating findings to the BCBA and family, with opportunities for telehealth and in-person work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Availability to work after school and evenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to promote new skills.
• Monitor client behavior and collect data.
• Report data to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families, in-person or via telehealth.
