Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an Autism Specialist Professional / Behavior Therapist to join our New Hampshire team on a part-time, after-school schedule. The role focuses on implementing behavior support plans, delivering ABA-based instruction, and collecting data under the supervision of a BCBA.

The position supports collaboration with families and offers flexible scheduling, with opportunities for supervision and professional development within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Availability to work after school and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans and ABA-based instruction as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Monitor client behavior and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Report data to the supervising BCBA and collaborate with family and BCBA.
• Work in-person or via telehealth modality as needed to support meaningful changes in behavior.
