Job summary

The Behavior Lab is seeking a Part-Time ABA Behavior Technician to support children in in-home, clinic, school, and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, track progress, and collaborate with families under supervision from our clinical team.

Paid training is provided, with flexible afternoon/evening hours (M-F 3 pm to 8 pm). This role offers meaningful work helping children develop communication and daily living skills in a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills are important.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and willing to learn.
• Flexibility to work afternoons/evenings (M-F 3 pm–8 pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Make learning engaging through play-based, interactive activities.
• Support children in reaching individualized goals and celebrate progress.
• Collect data and document skill development and behaviors.
• Collaborate with families and team members for consistency and success.
• Adapt teaching strategies to each child’s strengths and needs.
• Bring patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to each session.
