Job summary

Expert ABA Consulting is offering a part-time Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist role. The position provides 1:1 ABA services in home or community settings, with paid training and supervision. You’ll collect session data, work with BCBAs, and support children with ASD and related needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, one year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible afternoon/evening shifts plus opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in psychology, education, sociology, or related field.
• Experience with children is preferred (1 year).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services as per the treatment plan.
• Use software to collect session data and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Supervisors, and Coordinators.
• Support children and adolescents to reach developmental goals.
• Deliver services in home or community settings within a 10–20 mile radius.
• Maintain punctuality and clear communication with clients and team.
