Job summary

The Behavior Lab is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one therapy in center-based settings. You'll work with children to develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills under supervision of a clinical team.

Paid training is provided, and an active RBT certification is required. The role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours and opportunities for growth within a supportive, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development a plus.
• Passion for helping children and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in various settings (home, clinic, school, community).
• Engage children with play-based activities to teach communication and social skills.
• Support behavior change and track progress with data collection.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team for consistency.
• Adapt teaching approaches to each child’s needs and strengths.
• Maintain patience, positivity, and energy in sessions.
• Document skill development and behaviors.
