Job summary

The Behavior Lab in California seeks a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based therapy for children with autism. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills under clinical supervision.

Paid training is provided, with after-school/evening hours typically 3 pm–8 pm. The role offers a supportive team, growth opportunities, and a rewarding, hands-on work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible hours, including afternoons/evenings (M–F 3 pm to 8 pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Deliver engaging, play-based activities to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document skill development and behaviors.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency and progress.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet each child's needs and strengths.
• Bring patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to every session.
