Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians/RBTs to support children and adolescents with ASD through in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills, track progress, and collaborate with families in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

The role requires a minimum of 60 college credits, or 6 months of relevant experience, or an active RBT certification, and availability for at least 3 days per week after 3

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed OR 6 months of recent work experience with children with developmental disabilities OR an active RBT Certification.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week for 10+ hours weekly, after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Teach communication, social, play and daily living skills.
• Document session data and track client progress.
