Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and help build essential skills in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have 60 college credits, or 6 months of relevant experience, or an active RBT. Availability after 3 PM and reliable transportation are required, with travel between client locations encouraged.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits completed or 6 months of relevant work with developmental disabilities or an active RBT Certification.
• Availability of at least 3 days/week and 10 hours/week, after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.
• Smartphone or device to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy and track client progress.
• Engage with children, implement behavior support plans, and ensure safety.
• Complete documentation on electronic devices; travel between client locations.
