Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You will support families, track progress, and collaborate with a team of BCBAs and Supervisors to ensure quality, compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have 60 college credits or an active RBT certification, and must be available at least 3 days per week with after-school hours. Travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home ABA therapy to children.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
