Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD, partnering with BCBAs and Supervisors to implement plans and track progress.

Qualifications include 60 college credits, or 6 months of relevant experience, or an active RBT certification; availability 3 days/week after 3 PM; reliable transportation and a data-capable device.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits completed, or 6 months' recent experience with children with developmental disabilities, or an active RBT certification.
• Available at least 3 days per week, for at least 10 hours per week, with availability after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.
• Access to a smartphone or device with internet to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Engage energetically with active children while implementing behavior support plans.
