Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, support skill-building, and work with families to reinforce learning in real-world settings.

The role requires at least 3 days per week with 10 hours minimum, after 3 PM, and reliable transportation to client locations. A minimum age of 21 and relevant credits or certification are required.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Be energetic, patient, and able to keep up with active kiddos.

Responsibilities
