Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The role is part-time, fee-for-service, with summer Fridays schedule where we close early on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

You will implement ABA-based instruction, monitor client behavior, collect data, and report progress to the supervising BCBA. Collaboration with families and clinicians is essential to drive meaningful change.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older per MA ABA program requirements.
• Available after school, evening and late evening hours.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in applied settings implementing behavioral interventions preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Monitor and collect data on client behavior and report data to BCBA.
• Collaborate with family and BCBA to support meaningful behavior changes.
