Job summary

The Edinburg Center is seeking a Part-Time Fee-for-Service Behavior Technician to provide community-based ABA support for a 23-year-old male with high functioning autism in Shrewsbury, MA. Weekly hours average 6–12, with an hourly rate of $25.

Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring behavior support plans, collaborating with parents and staff, and training caregivers in ABA principles with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/Associate/ABA-related education as listed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience applying ABA principles with autism and youth.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and adapt behavior support plans using data; focus on social skills, communication and behavior.
• Collaborate with team and families; provide training to parents on ABA principles.
• Support ABA-based instruction and data collection in community settings.
