Job summary

ChildWise ABA in Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy and helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience is required—paid training is provided, with ongoing BCBA support and mentorship. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours (15–40 per week), with an hourly rate of $22–$28 and weekday shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
