Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists (BTs) to join our in-home ABA practice. You will work 1:1 with a child in their home, under the supervision of a BCBA, following an individualized BIP to improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

You will collect daily progress data, collaborate with a BCBA, and receive mentorship and training. Flexible part-time after-school hours and potential for weekend slots are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in process.
• Experience with pre-school and elementary students in ABA.
• Able to document progress notes and data points.
• Home-based, one-on-one ABA service delivery with supervision by BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the child’s home.
• Follow the individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and chart data daily to monitor goals and progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and ABA professionals network.
