Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique in-home ABA therapy agency seeking ABA Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to work 1:1 with children in their home environment. You will be supervised by a BCBA and progress through individualized plans to boost communication, focus and adaptive behaviors.

The role offers flexible PART-TIME schedules after school and weekends, with training and opportunities to pursue the RBT credential within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills are required.
• Ability to remain adaptable under high-stress situations.
• Proven track record documenting progress notes aligned with treatment plans.
• Imaginative and engaging play skills for home-based learning.
• Intuitive, compassionate, person-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the child’s natural home environment.
• Move through individualized Behavior Intervention Plans with BCBA supervision.
• Collect numerical and qualitative data daily to track goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA and ABA Professionals Network for mentorship.
• Training and supervision adherence; progress notes documentation.
